Airbus' ties to Canada were deepened in October 2017 when Airbus sought to acquire a majority stake in the C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership (renamed Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in June 2019), the entity that manufactures and sells Bombardier's single-aisle C Series jets- rebranded the A220 Family, with its two versions designated the A220-100 and A220-300. The partnership markets, manufactures and supports the A220 Family worldwide.

In your role, you will:

  • Assist the product portfolio manager for the organization, coordination and animation of operational meetings as required (Gate reviews & Weekly meetings)

    • Capture the meeting minutes of the Pre-G2 gate reviews.

    • Plan topics to be reviewed in gate reviews by following up with project leaders in accordance to roadmap.

    • Update meeting schedule & send additional invitations as required (ex: Gate Reviews, alignment meetings).

    • Keep participants & invitation up-to-date.

  • Assist the portfolio manager for product related governance meetings (Product Review Meetings, subjects for E2E DtC Steering)

    • Schedule meetings to align on Product Review agenda at least 5 days prior to Product review.

    • Ensure participants and scheduling are accurate and look at needed adjustments if required.

    • Capture the meeting minutes of the Product Review meeting.

    • Compute inputs generated by Boost for the Product review meeting.

    • Gathering inputs for Product review meeting from main contributors within an established timeframe.

    • Assemble the pack for the product & key messages.

    • Share the pack with participants at least 1 day prior to the Product review meeting.

  • Update database with changes and inputs received by mail or from product change boards (LB, EB, CCB) and Pre-G2 Gate reviews.

  • Develop, maintain & generate dashboard and/or other related KPIs.

  • Analyze KPIs & data for key findings and provide recommendations as applicable.

  • Establishing and maintain a record of operational procedures & governance framework.

  • Ensure actions tracking, follow-up and completion of all actions related to the product.

  • Support identification, tracking and follow-up of product specific risk & opportunities.

  • Represent the portfolio manager in various meetings as required.

  • Lead & implement various continuous improvement mandates in collaboration with various functions & organizations.

In your role, you will:

  • You have a Business degrees and/or Engineering degree on relevant topic.

  • You are at ease in complex eco-systems and have a deep understanding of Program driven organizations.

  • You have strong project management skills, including agile approach.

  • You have strong customer focused approach, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • You have good communication skills and the ability to act as liaison between working teams and management.

  • You are comfortable & capable to work autonomously.

  • You are proficient with office IT toolset (Excel, PowerPoint ...).

  • You are bilingual (French and English).
