Description of the job


Located at Mirabel and reporting directly to A220 Quality Assurance service, the Onsite QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Assurance (QA) function remains aware and aligned with the Regulatory Authorities needs and its internal customer which will be mostly Satair, part of the aftermarket in service. He will support and ensure that Satair remains in compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulation requirements.



In your role, you will:


  • Be the A220 Quality Assurance point of contact for Satair
  • Develop and maintain the Satair's network
  • Provide technical support on the A220 quality requirements and Canadian regulations for aftermarket (Satair)
  • Develop, control and continuously improve QMS content
  • Identify, centralize & leverage best QA practices across sites
  • Assess the need and manage the impact and risks of QMS changes to the operations

You may also be required to:

  • Manage onsite presence of external auditors at Satair (ex: TCCA, CASE,...)

As our ideal candidate,


  • You possess experience in Aeronautic Aftermarket
  • You possess experience in Quality Management Systems
  • You possess experience in Canadian Aviation Regulation
  • You possess experience in Continuous Improvement
  • You have a strong customer focus
  • You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others
  • You possess a college degree or equivalent
  • You possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
  • You are functional in using the Microsoft Office suite or Google Suite
  • You are perfectly bilingual English and French (written and oral)
