Airbus' ties to Canada were deepened in October 2017 when Airbus sought to acquire a majority stake in the C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership (renamed Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in June 2019), the entity that manufactures and sells Bombardier's single-aisle C Series jets- rebranded the A220 Family, with its two versions designated the A220-100 and A220-300.  The partnership markets, manufactures and supports the A220 Family worldwide.


In your role you will : 


  • Be responsible for the overall transversal procurement program coordination for related ACJ ( Airbus Corporate Jet ) A220 program;
  • Enable transparency for the overall procurement contribution and/or project management of the various procurement related activities of the buyer/MFT network;
  • Act to give harmonised and joined visibility between the ACJ A220 program and the procurement organisation for the relevant procurement ACJ A220 Delivery and Ramp-Up Enablers incl strong link and communication to the (P) Commodities;
  • Secure the execution of the relevant governance bodies including preparation, alignment and follow up (Review Committees, ...) jointly with program to have one voice;
  • Manage regular communications toward extended global A220 P community;
  • Work closely with Program Managers and secures suppliers readiness and needed maturity to support Program needs, KBTs and escalations resolution across all WPs, while leveraging Airbus xPrograms initiatives;
  • Secure together with programs, that overall supplier scope, time and cost equation is kept coherent, supply chain impacts are assessed early and associated contractual payments are triggered / secured;
  • Aggregated "ACJ A220 Procurement status, risks & opportunities" (target/priorities setting, VNR tracking, maturity state, challenge, arbitration, status, progress) of the procurement relevant input, complementing the program axis;
  • Participate to ACJ relevant Change Control Board & Co-ordinate A220 MODs analyses for P perimeter in collaboration with commodities;
  • Coordinate overview of claims/counter claims and support aggregated view for Airbus Canada internal reviews & decision making;
  • Prepare as input for commodities, jointly with programs aggregated ACJ A220 program messages for relevant suppliers/procurement meetings;
  • Elaborate Key Business terms for new selections / contracts
  • Ensure aggregation of A220 ACJ procurement risks (identification, categorization & follow up);
  • Implement a standardised P dash-board allowing to measure progress (visual mgmt.);
  • Capture and resolve gap(s) created by new set-up (Industrial and SoW) by identifying potential "grey zones" to anticipate liability issues and to clarify the contractual requirements and bring in sync and align with KBTs on ac level.

In your role, you will:

As our ideal candidate,

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or a college diploma with equivalent work experience.
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in Program Management
  • You bring Procurement experience in Contracting and Strategy
  • You have strong abilities in communication, Customer expectations and stakeholders management
  • Demonstrate Strong leadership skill and ability to deal with complexity
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or a college diploma with equivalent work experience.
