In your role, you will:

  • Lead and support regular meetings and governance for the weekly meetings for your respective systems and suppliers.
  • Provide change management plans supporting the various change management linked to your system and suppliers. These deliverables include, but not limited to, Schedule, e-mails, presentations, regular meetings and governance.
  • Interface with the Project Management group and the Work Package leads, you will be responsible to manage the priorities of the WPs and the supplier's priorities for your respective systems.
  • Contribute and Lead the execution of the change management plans to ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables and datasets in line with the program needs and aircraft deliveries
  • Identify and report Issues and Risks with support to the mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes
  • Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline

Your daily tasks will include proactive leadership in problem resolution, actions and deliverables, coordinating and communicating tasks between the work packages, the Suppliers and other functions within the A220.  Daily interaction with the Work Package Specialists/Integrators and the Suppliers.  


As our ideal candidate;

  • You have an Engineering Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. 
  • You have five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent.
  • You ideally have experience in aerospace.
  • You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
