In your role, you will:

  • Be part of the new cabin system development team
  • Work in a very dynamic integrated product development team (IPDT) involving all technical and production functions
  • Put forward optimal solutions for cabin system installation suitable for latest manufacturing technologies and processes
  • Manages priorities of the other Cabin System Designers
  • Carry out technical feasibility studies, preliminary concepts, volume management for equipment, interfaces requirement, technical review
  • Support to IPDT and Suppliers
  • Work on Trade Studies, test plans, Installation and detail drawings
  • Support experimental testing and entry into service

As our ideal candidate,

  • You hold a College or University degree mechanical, civil or aerospace engineering
  • You have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience
  • You have experience with systems qualification components and definition of systems interfaces
  • You have the knowledge of CATIA for model analysis is an asset
  • You have general computer skills - essential
  • You are a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure and under a minimum of supervision
  • You have planning abilities and able to manage priorities
  • You read and write in English and have good communication skills.  Being bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
